You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the sales technology space, with a focus on Quote to Cash solutions. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. As the Director of Product for PandaDoc's Quote to Cash solution, you will own the end-to-end vision and strategy for how PandaDoc addresses sales workflows. This includes overseeing the development of proposals, quotes, CPQ, and payment solutions that empower sales teams to create, deliver, and close deals effectively. You will lead 4-5 squads, directly managing product managers and collaborating with designers and engineers to expand PandaDoc's footprint in the sales technology market. Your role will involve architecting a comprehensive Quote-to-Cash ecosystem that redefines B2B selling, ensuring that every aspect of the sales agreement process is streamlined and efficient. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align product initiatives with overall company strategy and revenue goals. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and analyzing sales data to inform product enhancements and new features. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of sales technology at PandaDoc, driving innovation and ensuring that the product remains category-defining.
