What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Zscaler's benefits strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring that it meets the needs of a diverse workforce while aligning with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to assess current benefits offerings and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to benchmark benefits against industry standards and making recommendations for enhancements.

You will lead initiatives to communicate benefits information effectively to employees, ensuring they understand their options and the value of their benefits. This will involve creating engaging materials and hosting informational sessions. You will also work closely with external vendors and partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships, ensuring that Zscaler's benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.
