TripActions is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to scale their Navan Expense product. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance.
You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of working in a fintech environment. Your experience includes engaging with large strategic customers, where you've successfully implemented solutions that meet their needs. You possess the ability to think strategically and prioritize initiatives effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Your communication and presentation skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects, ensuring strong relationships and understanding of their requirements.
Experience in a high-growth fintech company is a plus, as is familiarity with expense management platforms and corporate credit cards. You have a knack for problem-solving and can adapt quickly to new challenges, making you a valuable asset to any team.
As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at TripActions, you will play a key role in scaling the Navan Expense product line. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams, working collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and exceed business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in helping Account Managers expand the Expense product offerings within current strategic travel accounts. You will implement the Expense solution and drive adoption within the Enterprise market segment, leveraging your knowledge of accounting and finance to create effective strategies that drive revenue.
You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Navan Expense. Your role will involve presenting to C-Suite executives, showcasing the value of our solutions and how they can streamline their expense management processes. You will also be responsible for tracking the success of implemented solutions and making recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
