What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will be responsible for performing general repairs and preventative maintenance across various vacation rental properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and Wi-Fi to ensure that both guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. You will coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, and you will be expected to complete maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.

Eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month as a car allowance.
