Amazon is hiring a Network Deploy Technician to support AWS infrastructure services. You'll work with network cabling and infrastructure while collaborating with a diverse team. This position is entry-level and based in Dublin, Ohio.
You are a motivated individual with a foundational understanding of network cabling and optic types — your knowledge of cabling infrastructure best practices will be essential in ensuring the reliability of AWS data centers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers to maintain the highest standards of safety and security. You are eager to learn and grow within the AWS ecosystem, contributing to the planning and implementation of network capacity deployments across multiple data center locations.
Experience with AWS services or Cisco networking equipment would be a plus, as you will be involved in scoping and planning interdependent capacity scaling projects. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to embrace new challenges will help you succeed in this role.
