You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the food or restaurant industry, where you've successfully acquired and retained high-value partnerships. Your experience includes working closely with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and drive market growth. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed to key markets, demonstrating your commitment to building relationships and expanding DoorDash's reach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a new vertical within a leading company.
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant sector is a plus, as is familiarity with consultative sales approaches. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the Affordable Meals initiative across the United States. You will collaborate with the General Manager of Affordable Meals and other senior leaders to refine sales motions and develop a go-to-market strategy that aligns with DoorDash's overall objectives. You will also engage in high-touch, consultative sales processes, ensuring that restaurant partners receive the support they need to thrive on the platform. Your influence will be critical in shaping the strategy and execution of this new vertical, making your contributions highly visible and impactful.
