Benevity is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead functional teams and ensure timely project delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge and people leadership skills.

Your experience includes recruiting and performance management, ensuring that your team is aligned with business objectives while maintaining high technical standards. You possess a high level of technical knowledge, particularly in your team's domain, which allows you to engage effectively with your team and validate their assumptions. You are proactive in providing guidance and ensuring that your team adheres to governance and standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You are results-oriented, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Desirable

What you'll do
