Being a Japanese speaker is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with local partners and clients. Experience in the travel industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with supplier acquisition strategies. You have a proven track record of successfully onboarding new partners and driving growth in a competitive market. In this role, you will identify and onboard new suppliers, focusing on tour and experience providers as well as attractions in Japan. You will manage the entire sales funnel, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals and onboarding new partners. Collaborating with internal teams is crucial to align supplier acquisition with broader business goals, ensuring sustainable growth for GetYourGuide. You will also represent the company at relevant industry events, driving acquisition and establishing credibility within the market. Regular travel (up to 25%) will be required to build strong relationships with suppliers and partners across Japan.
