Flex is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships Strategy & Operations to support the growth and performance of enterprise partnerships. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in partnership development.
You have a strong background in partnership strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly analytical, organized, and proactive. Your ability to combine data-driven insights with hands-on execution sets you apart. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong partnerships and have a track record of successfully launching new initiatives. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You are motivated by the mission of empowering renters and are excited to contribute to a company that is changing the rent payment experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and performance of Flex’s most important enterprise partnerships. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to unlock new opportunities and monitor performance metrics. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing partnership data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that partnerships run smoothly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that drive measurable impact. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching new partnerships and ensuring they align with Flex’s mission and goals. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of partnerships and making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
