You have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial analysis and modeling. You understand the key business drivers that influence financial performance and can communicate complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to consolidate budgets and forecasts effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes is a plus. Familiarity with financial modeling tools and techniques will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in financial processes will set you apart.
In this role, you will partner with leadership to identify key opportunities for growth and efficiency. You will build and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-making, ensuring that financial information is accurate and timely. You will collaborate with business unit finance teams to consolidate annual and quarterly budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year outlooks for operational expenses (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and profit and loss (P&L) costs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in providing ad-hoc analysis and insights that drive business strategy.
You will play a meaningful role in developing long-term strategic plans, working directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team. Your ability to communicate financial information clearly will be essential in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on financial goals and performance metrics. You will also support the continuous improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness.
