Amazon is hiring a Security and Loss Prevention Expert to lead the S&LP team in Kent, Washington. You'll be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, managing investigations, and implementing security best practices. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills.
You have a strong background in security and loss prevention, with experience in identifying vulnerabilities and conducting root cause analysis. You understand the importance of compliance with legal and ethical standards and are skilled in using data to define mitigating actions. Your leadership experience allows you to effectively manage confidential investigations and prepare reports on theft, fraud, and workplace incidents. You are proactive in monitoring systems and tools that indicate opportunities for improvement in security practices. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal customers to evaluate security needs and implement best practices. You are comfortable with domestic travel, as this role may require up to 50% travel.
In this role, you will lead the Security and Loss Prevention team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all operational business units. You will identify vulnerabilities and conduct thorough analyses to develop mitigating actions. Your responsibilities will include managing confidential investigations and preparing reports on critical incidents. You will actively monitor and report on systems that generate data indicating security opportunities.
