You have a strong background in direct-to-consumer video, with at least 5 years of experience in content programming, partner management, product, and marketing. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with content partners is proven, and you have a track record of developing data-driven growth strategies that you can execute effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure success through user engagement metrics and financial results, ensuring that you exceed expectations in your role.
Experience in the ad-supported VOD space is a plus, as is familiarity with the streaming industry. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A passion for television and content creation will help you connect with partners and understand their needs better.
