What you'll do

As the Manager of Machine Learning at Qualtrics, you will lead a team of ML engineers and applied scientists in developing innovative AI solutions. You will oversee the model development lifecycle, ensuring that all models are built to meet security and industry standards. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into our products. You will mentor and guide your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also be responsible for setting aggressive goals and driving the team to achieve them, while encouraging strategic risk-taking and creative problem-solving.

You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the requirements for AI features and ensure that they align with customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment. You will also be involved in communicating the impact of AI initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders, showcasing the value that AI brings to the organization.
