SpaceX is hiring an Operations Analyst to enhance factory operations for the Raptor engine production. You'll focus on process optimization and automation strategies. This role requires hands-on experience in operational efficiency.
You have a strong background in operations analysis, with experience in optimizing production processes and implementing automation strategies. You thrive in hands-on environments and are skilled at managing multiple priorities while ensuring operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset allows you to develop key metrics and processes that assess production health effectively. You are comfortable working closely with production teams to translate strategic plans into actionable improvements on the factory floor.
Experience with factory layout design and optimization tools such as SketchUp is a plus. Familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making and strategic project planning will enhance your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing state-of-the-art factory standards that enhance production efficiency. You will work on optimizing factory layouts to ensure linear product flow and improve overall operational effectiveness. Collaborating with the production team, you will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies that translate into real-world efficiencies. You will take ownership of critical metrics that drive program-level decision-making and ensure that production strategies are effectively executed on the factory floor.
