What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Analytics Engineering team, guiding them in the development and implementation of data solutions that meet the needs of Teya's clients. You will oversee the rebuilding of the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring that it is scalable, efficient, and capable of supporting the company's growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss career development and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in the hiring process, identifying and attracting top talent to join your team.

In addition to team management, you will play a key role in project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
