Overview

Teya is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Analytics Engineering team within the Data Engineering organization. You'll guide the team in rebuilding the enterprise data warehouse, combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Analytics Engineering team, guiding them in the development and implementation of data solutions that meet the needs of Teya's clients. You will oversee the rebuilding of the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring that it is scalable, efficient, and capable of supporting the company's growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
