Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, where you've successfully influenced product decisions through data-driven insights. Your analytical thinking is sharp, and you excel at storytelling, making complex data understandable for stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth opportunities. Your experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing has equipped you to shape strategic roadmaps effectively. You are comfortable navigating high-growth areas and understand the critical role analytics plays in unlocking value for products. You are passionate about using data to not only analyze past performance but also to shape future strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to product leadership, influencing key decisions that impact the product roadmap. You will work alongside a talented team of analysts, focusing on non-Flights verticals such as Car Hire, Accommodations, and Packages. Your responsibilities will include shaping product insights and experimentation strategies, ensuring that data informs every decision made. You will collaborate with teams across Product, Inventory, Commercial, and Engineering to identify growth opportunities and guide the evolution of Skyscanner’s offerings. Your mission is to leverage data to drive user engagement and improve product performance, ensuring that millions of users benefit from your insights. You will also be involved in defining metrics for success and tracking performance against these goals, contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
