Brex is hiring a Software Engineer II for their Activation team to build solutions that enhance customer onboarding and activation. You'll work across the Brex stack using Java and JavaScript. This position requires relevant experience in software engineering.
You have a solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices, with experience in building scalable applications. You are proficient in Java and JavaScript, and you understand how to work across the full stack to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Software Engineer on the Activation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that streamline the onboarding process for new customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the activation funnel and work on innovative solutions to reduce time-to-ramp for new users. You will engage in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable. You will also monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, maintaining a high standard of quality in your work. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with product managers and designers to align on user needs and deliver impactful features.
