BridgeBio is seeking a US Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research to develop innovative strategies for patient access and commercialization of therapies. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and experience in health economics.
You have a proven track record in health economics and outcomes research, with at least 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your expertise in developing and executing strategies for patient access and commercialization is complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively across various functions, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Development. You thrive in environments that challenge conventional thinking and are driven by a passion for improving patient outcomes. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights that support decision-making processes.
Experience working with payers and understanding population health decision-making processes is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and market dynamics in the biopharmaceutical sector will enhance your ability to navigate challenges effectively. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
In this role, you will lead the conception and execution of innovative strategies that ensure patient access to BridgeBio therapies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and drive initiatives that support the commercialization of our products. Your responsibilities will include developing health economic models, conducting outcomes research, and engaging with payers to demonstrate the value of our therapies. You will also support field engagements and work to build relationships that facilitate access to our innovative treatments.
You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of health economics and outcomes research at BridgeBio, ensuring that our approaches are data-driven and aligned with market needs. Your insights will guide the development of value propositions that resonate with stakeholders and enhance our competitive positioning in the market. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
