DoorDash is hiring an Associate in Customer Enablement to help customers maximize their value from the SevenRooms platform. You'll work with data and tools to enhance feature adoption and customer ROI. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data and customer success.
You are someone who thrives at the intersection of Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product. With a keen interest in data, you enjoy digging into insights that drive customer outcomes. You have a knack for building and optimizing customer journeys, and you think creatively to enhance product adoption. Your ability to translate adoption signals into actionable playbooks is a key strength. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, and you are excited about the opportunity to help hospitality operators unlock measurable ROI from the SevenRooms platform.
In this role, you will execute customer lifecycle communications and build automated journeys using Gainsight. You will run adoption and activation reporting to track customer engagement and success. Your responsibilities will include operationalizing insights through playbooks and workflows, ensuring that Customer Success teams have the right tools to take timely actions. In your first 90 days, you will familiarize yourself with our systems and products, run baseline reporting, and begin executing onboarding and triggered email journeys. As you ramp up, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer communications, driving initiatives that enhance feature adoption and deepen customer engagement.
