Cellares is seeking an Alliance Manager to ensure client satisfaction and manage program coordination. This role requires expertise in cell and gene therapy manufacturing and strong client relations skills.
You have a strong background in alliance management and client relations, ideally with experience in cell and gene therapy manufacturing. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and enjoy collaborating with various teams to develop effective solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are a creative problem solver who approaches challenges with urgency and a sense of purpose. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and are prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows. You understand the importance of client satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You may also have a background in operational roles that complement your alliance management skills.
