Smartsheet is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the planning, deployment, and administration of IaaS and SaaS environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll work with Windows and Linux server infrastructure and require expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
You have a robust technical background with experience in systems engineering, particularly in enterprise cloud and on-premises environments. Your deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) allows you to secure critical systems and data effectively. You are comfortable leading initiatives and mentoring junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You possess strong operational experience in managing IaaS and SaaS environments across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your familiarity with both Windows and Linux server infrastructure enables you to support and maintain core systems efficiently. You are also skilled in overseeing desktop engineering initiatives, ensuring that both Windows and Mac environments are optimized for performance.
Your ability to design and integrate AI/ML solutions showcases your innovative approach to automating routine IT operations and security tasks. You understand the importance of improving team efficiency and responsiveness through technology. As a subject matter expert in IAM, you are well-versed in best practices and can implement scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
Experience with advanced systems support and mentoring Service Desk staff is a plus. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages will enhance your ability to streamline processes and improve operational excellence.
