What you'll do

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects that are critical to Stripe's business, particularly in the area of Money Movement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems that enable efficient and reliable money transfers, ensuring that our platform remains secure and performant. You will collaborate closely with product teams to rapidly build new features and iterate on existing ones, driving value for our users. Your work will involve optimizing the end-to-end performance of distributed systems, and you will participate in code reviews and technical discussions to uphold best practices in software development.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues that arise in production, using your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. As part of your responsibilities, you will document your work and contribute to the technical knowledge base of the team, helping to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
