You have a proven track record of successfully managing hospitality venues, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise in operations ensures that you can oversee the opening and ongoing management of a large venue, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You are skilled in team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment where staff feel valued and motivated. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the venue's operations run smoothly.
