What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for mastering the logistics of our interview processes, which is crucial for accelerating our hiring velocity. You will manage complex schedules and coordinate interviews across various teams, ensuring that candidates have a seamless experience. Your work will involve identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance our hiring efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand their needs and provide support in achieving hiring goals.
