Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Bessemer, AL. You'll be responsible for repairing dents on vehicle panels using specialized techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including the possibility of mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and departments to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
