What you'll do

As a Customs Partner Analyst at Flexport, you will validate the information required to clear customs for various clients across the APAC region. You will digitally prepare and organize documentation necessary for customs clearance, ensuring that all shipments are compliant with regulations. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

You will be responsible for advising clients on classifications and the potential use of Preferential Trade Agreements on a per-shipment basis. Your ability to think outside the box will help you find solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to customs regulations. You will also organize and digitally store inbound documentation, maintaining a systematic approach to record-keeping.

Your role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders within Flexport, ensuring that all customs processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade agreements, allowing you to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
