Hightouch is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support employees and streamline operations within the People Ops function. This role is based in San Francisco and requires strong organizational skills. Salary range is $90,000-$110,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Ops function. You will manage employee inquiries and ensure that processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with the Head of People Operations and the People Operations Manager to implement best practices and enhance the employee experience. Your role will involve organizing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various HR initiatives. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by ensuring that employees feel supported and valued.
