Point72 is seeking a Business Analyst to manage onboarding for systematic equity and macro trading teams. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth strategy rollouts and operational support. A technical background and understanding of global market structures are essential for this role.
You have a technical background and strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn about day-to-day trading and finance operations. You understand global market structures and electronic trading systems, and you are familiar with trading rules and regulations or have the aptitude to learn quickly. Experience with digital currency exchanges, liquidity providers, and derivative financial products is a plus, but not required. You are committed to the highest ethical standards and have a keen interest in the financial markets.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of onboarding new systematic equity trading teams and systematic macro trading teams, ensuring that they are integrated smoothly into the Point72 framework. You will assist veteran team members in completing project lifecycle management, launching new PM teams into production, and designing PM research and trading solutions that adhere to firm standards. Educating PM teams on Point72 operating procedures and technology integration will be a key responsibility, as will leading new strategy rollout projects internally with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk groups, and externally with brokers, exchanges, and vendors. You will provide day-to-day support for various operational procedures, including broker data management, compliance monitoring, trading, and business continuity.
