Design Role-Based Training Courseware: Develop and deliver end-to-end training courseware for onboarding and continuous improvement, including job aids, reference guides, and multimedia content. Develop a library of training modules, hands-on labs, simulations, and certifications tailored for operational roles (e.g., Tier 1 CSR, NOC Analyst, FSR, Change Manager).

Vendor Training Adaptation: Ingest and customize vendor “Train the Trainer” materials for internal use; ensure alignment with Telesat standards and operational requirements. Certify internal trainers to deliver high-quality instruction across regions, languages, and operational environments.

Develop End-to-End Operational Workflows: Design and validate workflows across NOC, CSC, CRC, FOC, and other support functions to standardize execution and alignment.

Process Validation: Support UAT execution and feedback loops; integrate test results into SOPs and training content.

Lightspeed Operational Knowledge Base: Maintain a searchable, version-controlled repository housing SOPs, workflows, vendor documentation, training content, FAQs, operational bulletins, and vendor documentation for easy access by NSO teams.

Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in training and documentation; propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and readiness. Required Qualifications & Experience

Establish Disaster Recovery & Escalation Playbooks: Create structured response guides and decision trees for major incident scenarios, enabling rapid and coordinated response.

Synchronize Training with Deployment Milestones: Align and deliver training content, with delivery schedules, system activation and service ramp-up timelines.

Certification & Performance Tracking: Ensure all operational staff meet baseline competency requirements; track training completion and certification status.

Availability for occasional overtime or on-call support during critical project phases.
Infrequent travel to national or international facilities may be required.
Shift work or altered schedules may be required during key operational transitions.
