Stripe is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Architecture Manager to lead a team focused on driving user growth through prescriptive solutions. You'll work closely with C-level executives and engineering teams, leveraging your technical sales experience in the payments industry.
You have a strong background in technical sales, particularly within the APIs and payments industry — your experience has equipped you with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and foster deep relationships with users. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to work cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to sales, partner, and professional services teams. Your leadership style is centered around building and mentoring high-performing teams, inspiring them to achieve outstanding results. A bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is required, and dual English and Spanish proficiency is preferred. You are willing to travel approximately 25% of the time to engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture Team, focusing on landing new users and adopting solutions that drive their growth and success. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, Partners, and Product Teams to develop strategies for winning new users. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, leading, and mentoring a world-class pre-sales engineering team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results. You will also play a crucial role in shaping product messaging and strategy in collaboration with product development and marketing teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this position.
