Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the technology or analytics sector — you've successfully built and expanded revenue streams and understand the nuances of customer engagement in a digital landscape. Your high-energy approach and ability to connect with clients make you a natural fit for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Pre-sales Engineers to deliver exceptional value to clients.

You are a strategic thinker who can define local market strategies and evangelize the brand effectively — your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to tailor your approach and drive impactful results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts simply and effectively to diverse audiences.

Your experience in account management or business development has equipped you with the skills to nurture long-term relationships with clients — you understand the importance of customer success and are committed to ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with the platform. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of experience analytics.

Desirable

Experience in the experience analytics or digital journey space would be a plus — familiarity with conversation intelligence tools or platforms can set you apart. A background in technology sales or a related field will enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive - Conversation Intelligence at Contentsquare, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the North American market — your primary focus will be on building and expanding the company's presence in this region. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from initial engagement through to ongoing support and success.

You will define and execute local strategies that align with the company's overall goals — this includes identifying key opportunities for growth and developing tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.
