Overview

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist focused on monetization to drive free-to-paid and product-led sales programs. You'll leverage your analytical skills and experience in product-led growth to fuel rapid growth across various market segments.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, specifically in monetization strategies that drive user acquisition and conversion. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance marketing performance. You are comfortable working with various marketing tools, including Amplitude and Google Analytics, and have a solid understanding of SQL for data analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals. You are passionate about product-led growth and have a track record of successfully implementing strategies that convert free users to paid customers.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus, as it allows you to optimize marketing campaigns based on user behavior and preferences. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques, such as SEO and content marketing, will further enhance your ability to drive growth. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges head-on, ensuring that marketing programs are executed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies that focus on monetization across startup, SMB, and enterprise segments. You will analyze user data to identify trends and insights that inform your marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to meet the needs of different customer segments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement product-led sales programs that drive user engagement and conversion. You will also monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to iterate and improve upon existing strategies. Your role will involve testing various marketing approaches, measuring their effectiveness, and scaling successful tactics to maximize impact.
