Handshake is seeking Industrial Production Managers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. This role is remote and flexible, requiring no prior AI experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in industrial production management or a related field. Your expertise allows you to evaluate AI models effectively, providing structured feedback that enhances their understanding of workplace tasks and language. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI tools designed to upskill the next generation of skilled trade workers.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project that runs year-round, with opportunities opening periodically across various areas of expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field. You will evaluate the responses generated by these models, ensuring they meet the standards of your industry. Your insights will help shape the AI's understanding and improve its performance in real-world applications.
