What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Analyst to join our Private Credit team. You will play a critical role in supporting the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio management, and will work across both corporate and asset-based opportunities. Over the course of your internship, you will have opportunities to gain exposure to:

• Investment Analysis
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Perform industry and market research to support investment theses.
• Due Diligence
• Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, conducting management interviews, and assessing business risks.
• Collaborate with external advisors and consultants to gather and analyze relevant information.
• Portfolio Management
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments, including financial performance, compliance with covenants, and market developments.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports and updates for senior management and investors.
• Deal Execution
• Support the execution of transactions, including drafting term sheets, negotiating deal terms, and coordinating with Legal and Compliance.
• Assist in the structuring of complex financing solutions tailored to the needs of portfolio companies.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including investment banks, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance market knowledge and expand the firm's network.

What’s Required

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027) in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism

The annual base salary is $100,000(USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date; this does not include overtime compensation.
