NICE is seeking a Senior Business Consultant for AI Strategy to lead enterprise customers in AI-driven CX transformations. You'll leverage your expertise in AI, analytics, and automation to drive measurable ROI. This role requires significant consulting experience and strong communication skills.
You have over 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, particularly in advising enterprise customers on AI-enabled digital transformation. Your deep understanding of AI and automation allows you to effectively shape customer business cases and develop strategies that drive measurable outcomes. You possess strong financial acumen and can translate complex AI concepts into clear, boardroom-ready narratives that resonate with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Your ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority is a key strength, enabling you to lead customers through complex transformations. You are comfortable operationalizing AI across people, processes, and technology, ensuring that the solutions you propose are sustainable and impactful. You thrive in a hands-on advisory role, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to the evolution of consulting best practices within the organization.
Experience in the contact center or CCaaS space is a plus, as is familiarity with value realization methodologies and AI value frameworks. You are adept at measuring and sustaining outcomes, ensuring that your strategies deliver long-term value to clients.
In this role, you will own customer business cases and shape AI-driven CX strategies that align with their business objectives. You will lead clients through the complexities of AI implementation, helping them identify where AI can create value and how to operationalize it effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing defensible financial models that demonstrate the ROI of AI initiatives, as well as crafting compelling narratives that communicate these benefits to stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing processes and technologies. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of NICE's value realization methodology and consulting best practices, helping to refine the approach to AI strategy across the organization.
