Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in team leadership, ideally in a logistics or operations environment. You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and have a basic level of computer skills, including proficiency in operational management tools. Your business-level Japanese language skills enable you to communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders. You are proactive in contributing to an inclusive culture and are enthusiastic about working in diverse teams.

What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the planning and management of delivery routes and sorting operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Regular meetings with senior management will be part of your role, where you will present improvement proposals and contribute to strategic discussions.
