Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles. Your background includes 3 years of experience in strategy and operations or consulting, and you have worked closely with executive stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills, having created complex data sets and performed data modeling and reporting for at least 2 years. Your experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment has equipped you with insights into the consumer internet and media industries. You are proficient in SQL and data analytics tools, enabling you to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key partner to the YouTube and Google Business Organization brand teams and leadership, helping them drive brand sponsorships for YouTube creators at a large scale. You will lead cross-functional projects, working with a broad stakeholder set to analyze data trends and generate insights that influence the brand agreement strategic roadmap and drive market growth. Your responsibilities will include developing global and market insights, keeping a pulse on the creator marketing industry and platforms to synthesize key trends, gaps, and opportunities for YouTube. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate partnership opportunities and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem.
