You have extensive experience in account management and program/project management, excelling in technical resolution. Your ability to exceed customer expectations and enhance processes is evident in your previous roles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive company growth. Your expertise allows you to tackle complex challenges and deliver exceptional technical and customer service to enterprise-level accounts. You are skilled at cultivating and maintaining productive relationships across all levels of an organization, from front-line management to senior leadership. You understand the importance of successful contract fulfillment and SLA management, ensuring ongoing customer education and satisfaction. You are a proactive advocate for your assigned enterprise accounts, always looking for ways to empower customers to leverage technology for business success.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded. You will collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to align on customer opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring successful implementation with the right resources. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, providing ongoing education, and fostering long-term loyalty. You will work closely with top resources across the company to empower strategic customers, helping them navigate issues and increase product adoption. Your role will be integral to driving company growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. You will also be responsible for monitoring contract fulfillment and SLA management, ensuring that all commitments are met in a timely manner. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this position, as you will need to engage with various stakeholders within the customer’s organization.
