Reddit is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to manage their HubSpot instance and execute marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the Community Lifecycle Marketing team and require expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation best practices.
You are a data-driven and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in managing marketing operations, particularly within HubSpot. You have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies and marketing automation best practices, enabling you to optimize lead flows effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to partner with data analytics teams to ensure best-in-class contact ingestion and hygiene. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve marketing goals.
Experience with community-driven marketing or familiarity with Reddit's platform is a plus. You are comfortable providing strategic input on email campaigns and have a knack for segmentation and send timing to maximize engagement.
In this role, you will manage Reddit's HubSpot instance, ensuring that all marketing systems run efficiently and effectively. You will execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and help scale key performance indicators. Collaborating with the Community Lifecycle Marketing team, you will grow and scale the email channel, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will also be responsible for implementing marketing automation best practices, ensuring that the marketing efforts are streamlined and impactful.
You will play a key role in optimizing lead flows and ensuring that the marketing systems are fully leveraged to support campaign growth.
