Varicent is seeking an Advocacy Program Manager to lead initiatives that redefine revenue optimization. You have a proven track record in program management, ideally with experience in advocacy or community engagement. Your ability to lead initiatives that drive organizational success is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects across different time zones. You are passionate about empowering others and have a keen understanding of how to leverage technology to achieve business goals.
Experience in the SaaS industry or familiarity with Sales Performance Management (SPM) is a plus. You have a background in working with cross-functional teams and understand the nuances of driving change within an organization. Your analytical skills enable you to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
