Director, International Benefits

Who you are

As the Director of International Benefits at Justworks, you will be responsible for building and owning the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across all international markets for our Employer of Record (EOR) business. You will define and implement a multi-country benefits strategy that delivers competitive, compliant offerings around the world. Your role will involve managing vendor and partner relationships end to end, ensuring that benefits seamlessly integrate into our global operations and in-app experience. You will lead and motivate a distributed team of regional experts, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

You have a strong background in benefits strategy and execution, with experience in managing complex international programs. Your ability to analyze data and market trends will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation in our offerings. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the nuances of various international markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations. What you'll do

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that service levels are met.
