What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals.

You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $103,000 and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of your sales activities, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive team culture. You will be recognized for your achievements and have the chance to participate in annual incentive trips for top performers.
