Overview

HelloFresh is seeking an HR Manager to act as a strategic advisor and lead HR initiatives within the distribution center. You'll manage a team and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources management, ideally with experience in a distribution or operational environment. You are skilled in leading HR initiatives and have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people solutions. Your ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership is key, as you will act as a trusted partner in driving organizational performance. You are adept at managing a team, providing coaching, and ensuring high-quality HR support is delivered consistently. You understand the importance of compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and you are committed to fostering a positive employee-centric culture.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with data-driven HR practices would be advantageous. You are comfortable dealing with day-to-day HR queries and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. A background in employee relations and performance management will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a small team of People Business Partners and Specialists, guiding their development and ensuring that key performance indicators and service level agreements are met. You will advise site leadership on implementing overarching HR strategies that align with the company's vision. Your responsibilities will include translating departmental strategies into concrete HR measures, providing execution support, and monitoring the impact of these initiatives. You will also oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, workforce planning, and absence management. Your strategic influence will be balanced with operational excellence, as you work to build capability within the People team and support leaders in managing their teams effectively.
