You have a strong background in CRM management, with at least 5 years of experience in driving customer engagement and retention strategies. Your data-driven mindset allows you to analyze metrics effectively, ensuring that you can optimize campaigns for maximum impact. You thrive in both strategic planning and operational execution, making you a versatile asset to any marketing team. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with broader business goals. You understand the importance of customer lifecycle management and are adept at using various CRM tools to enhance customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience with direct mail campaigns and SMS marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SQL for data analysis. A background in health and wellness marketing can also be beneficial, given iHerb's focus on this sector.

What you'll do

As the CRM Program Lead at iHerb, you will take full ownership of key lifecycle marketing channels, including Direct Mail, SMS/WhatsApp Messaging, and Email.
