What you'll do

In this role, you will lead procurement initiatives that align with BetterUp's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

You will also be responsible for analyzing procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. Collaborating with the finance team, you will help develop budgets and forecasts related to procurement activities. Your insights will be crucial in driving strategic decisions that impact the overall business.

As a Principal in Procurement, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function. You will be an advocate for innovative procurement practices, encouraging the team to think creatively about sourcing and supplier engagement.
