BetterUp is seeking a Principal in Procurement to enhance the employer/employee relationship and enable effective procurement strategies. This role is based in Austin, TX, and requires a commitment to hybrid work.
You have a strong background in procurement, ideally with over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management. You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Your approach to procurement is innovative, focusing on enabling rather than controlling, and you are passionate about creating value through effective supplier partnerships.
You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work.
