Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive long-term value realization for customers in the CIS & CEE region. You'll leverage your expertise in digital analytics to build relationships and advocate for customer needs. This role requires fluency in Russian and experience in customer success.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or analytics environment. Your ability to build relationships and drive customer engagement is second to none, and you understand the importance of customer advocacy in achieving business goals. You are fluent in Russian, which allows you to effectively communicate with clients in the CIS & CEE region. You approach challenges with a growth mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional value to customers.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure customer needs are met. Your analytical skills enable you to derive insights from data, helping customers optimize their use of Amplitude's platform. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are skilled at identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Experience in digital analytics or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You have a track record of driving customer adoption and engagement through structured programs and personalized support. Your ability to navigate complex customer relationships and advocate for their needs within your organization sets you apart.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amplitude, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the CIS & CEE region.
