NewsBreak is seeking a Senior Recruiter specializing in AI & ML to lead full-cycle hiring for their engineering, product, and data teams. This role requires expertise in sourcing top-tier technical talent and developing creative talent strategies.
You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in technical roles related to AI and machine learning. With at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, you understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging top-tier technical talent. You are skilled in collaborating with hiring managers to design data-driven talent strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your experience includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building relationships across various teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are passionate about identifying and attracting the best talent in the industry, and you have a proven track record of scaling high-impact teams. You are familiar with the latest trends in AI and machine learning, which allows you to engage candidates meaningfully and understand their skills and experiences.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for NewsBreak’s engineering, product, and data teams, focusing on AI and machine learning roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include deep technical sourcing, engaging with candidates, and managing the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify potential hires. You will also collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders across offices to share best practices and improve the overall recruitment process. Your role will involve analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and making data-driven decisions to enhance the hiring process.
Additionally, you will play a key role in employer branding initiatives, helping to position NewsBreak as an employer of choice in the tech industry. You will participate in recruitment events and engage with the tech community to promote the company and its mission.
