Carvana is seeking a Cosmetic Line Lead to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll oversee production targets and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory position.
You have a proven track record in a supervisory role, ideally within a production or inspection environment. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage a team, identifying strengths and weaknesses to foster improvement and achieve production goals. You understand the importance of quality standards and are committed to maintaining them in every aspect of your work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Experience in the automotive or reconditioning industry is a plus, as is familiarity with production management systems. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve team performance. A background in quality assurance or inspection processes would be beneficial, as would any certifications related to automotive standards.
As the Cosmetic Line Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. This includes overseeing the movement of vehicles for repairs and ensuring that production targets are met consistently. You will engage with your team to motivate and develop their skills, conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the inspection process.
You will also be tasked with reporting on production metrics and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
