Glovo is seeking a Finance Transformation Product Lead to own the vision and strategy for technology in the Finance organization. You'll bridge Finance Operations, Business, and Technology to create a cohesive ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives, ideally with experience in technology integration within finance organizations. You understand the complexities of ERP systems and automation tools, and you can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that all voices are heard in the decision-making process. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can drive clarity in a fast-paced environment.
