You have a proven track record of leading revenue growth in a fast-paced environment — your experience spans over 10 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on scaling businesses and driving significant revenue increases. You are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams. Your leadership style is collaborative, fostering a culture of accountability and performance within your teams. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and optimize processes. You have experience in managing large teams and can effectively coach and mentor individuals to reach their full potential.
Experience in the finance or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with treasury management systems. You have a network of contacts within the industry that can be leveraged for partnerships and growth opportunities. A background in international business will help you navigate Agicap's expansion into new markets.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the executive leadership team.
